About Hatha Yoga

Hatha is the physical form of yoga, and consists of practicing yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation.

Hatha yoga forms the basis of all yoga styles that have been developed. Through the practice of postures it aims to unite the opposite energies in life: sun and moon, body and mind, masculine and feminine.

Hatha yoga strengthens the body, vitalises the organs, helps you let go of tension and find balance in life.
