Vinyasa - Core Flow

Delight Yoga offers a unique Vinyasa approach: Core Flow Yoga. A Vinyasa style practice, designed by Marlene to integrate the core through a variety of Vinyasa flow postures.Core Flow stretches and strengthens all the major muscle groups in order to develop a streamlined slenderness. Particular attention is paid to building strength and endurance in the body's core muscles.This class will supplement a free style Vinyasa flow of practice by offering stabilization exercises for the abdominal, pelvic, and spinal muscles. Emphasis will be placed on ujayii (victorious) breathing to stimulate a deeper awareness of internal heat.Marlene has assembled a yoga practice tailored to strengthening your core. Flexibility must be balanced by strength: trained deep "core" muscles will improve your yoga practice.
