Prenatal Yoga

Pregnancy can be a beautiful, special time, presenting an opportunity to turn in and get in contact with oneself and the little person growing inside. Proper lifestyle and nutrition are tremendously important during pregnancy, as are a quiet mind and emotional stability. In a short period of time the body undergoes a tremendous transformation as it is preparing itself for the delivery. During this class of one hour we do some exercises in support of this process: meditation and classical yoga postures as well as breathing and relaxation exercises and specific poses that can be useful during the delivery. This yoga lesson is for women that are in their pregnancy from week 13 and 36.
