Anusara®s Universal Principals of Alignment work deeply on a therapeutic level to bring the body and energy flow back into balance. When we align our bodies, vital energy flows unimpeded, and we naturally feel lighter, relaxed and happier. In this 1,5 hr class you will learn how to re-align your own body. Each class will focus on a different aspect of our bodies, such as our low back, hips or shoulders. Learn how to align your body to release tension and pain, to strengthen your body and to achieve optimal health and well-being!
