| How can I make a reservation for a class? |
When you go to the Delight Yoga homepage you can click on register and create your own Delight Yoga account. When you log in to this account you can go to the schedule and make reservation for the classes of your choice.
|
| How do I create an account on the website? |
To create an account you go to the Delight Yoga homepage and click on register. A new window opens. Click in the right top corner on 'New User: Sign Up'. In the registration window that opens you fill out all the mandatory information fields. You will receive a confirmation of your new account by email.
|
| What should I do when the online reservations are full? |
When you receive the notification that the class is full, this means that the maximum number of online reservations is reached. You can sign up for the waiting list (if this list isn't full yet). When you are on the waiting list you will be added to the class if somebody cancels his/her reservation. You will receive a confirmation of this by email. If both the reservation list and the waiting list are full, you can still come to the class. We always keep a few spots open for drop ins. In this case we advise you to come 30-20 minutes before the class starts so you have a good chance that there is still a spot available. Unfortunately we can not guarantee you a spot in the class.
|
| Can I cancel my reservation? |
Yes, you can cancel your reservation for a class. Classes cancelled 24 hours or more before the start of the class, will not be charged. If you cancel a reservation shorter than 24 hours before, we will try to fill your spot with another student from the waiting list, in which case you will not be charged for the class. If this is not possible the class will be charged to your account.
|
| Which classes are suitable for beginners? |
All classes that are indicated as Level 1 classes on the schedule, are appropriate for beginners. It is also possible as a beginner to take part in the classes that have all level indicated on the schedule. These are classes which are not aimed at beginners and some more advanced postures will be introduced. But a beginner in good shape can often follow the class too.
|
| Where can I see if a class is for beginners or for advanced students? |
On the schedule on the website the level of the class is indicated behind the class. Level 1 classes are appropriate for beginners, classes without a level indication are for all levels but there is no special attention being paid at beginners, and level 2 classes are for the more experienced students.
