The pre-SDTT is a exclusive, short/ intensive training on the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga System, primary series: methodology, principles, how to do self-practice, modifications, and basic understanding and application of the 8 Limbs Patanjali Yoga Sutras.

At the end of this training you will be familiar with the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga System, ;you'll know how to apply this practice in life, you are aware ofthe intention behind this Yogic Sadhana, you’ll know by heart the asanas and names of the primary series, how to modify when you are unable to perform the full asana, and be confident and grounded in the 3 most important aspects of the practice: Breath, Bhanda and Drishti.

At the end of the training you will feel confident to continue your self-practice with a solid and save grounding, having developed enough trust in the wisdom teaching of this potent and healing yogic practice.

This training is a pre- requisite for the SDTT for those who are not familiar with the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system, because the primary series of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system is the core asana practice of the Level One SDTT. From this base we will expand to all the different Limbs of Yoga.

This Pre-SDTT is recommended not only to future SDTT Level One participants, but also to all yoga students and teachers who like to explore and ground themselves in this profound, powerful, life transforming Yoga Sadhana.
