Sva-Dharma Yoga Teacher Training
Level 3: "Mind" (200+ hrs)
This third round of practice will be based on the non-dual practices of Tantra, Advaita Vedanta and Dzogchen.
This level is the most subtle one, it is like performing brain surgery. Here you need to be very skilled, and prepared for this stage; the two other levels of the training are a preparation. Here the true yogi starts to be born. We have to sharpen everything we have learned so far, and become like precise laser lights to see the truth beyond dualism. So far we have been exploring and dissecting, witnessing, but all of us have been mostly in the realm of dualism. This training is to introduce the concept, and to study and meditate within the non-dual view of reality. That this should become a real experience is only by “ Grace’; we can say: when the fruit is ripe it will fall off the tree, when the seed is ready it will open and sprout: we cannot force it.
So this period is for ripening and going deeper. The practices become even more subtle. The real LONGING to go back to our true wisdom nature, that which in the beginning of the journey was asked to be established for us to start on the yogic path is here of absolute relevance, because that is what makes the final leap possible. A maturity and fearless quality is needed in the practitioner/teacher to explore this very subtle truth. All levels before this are merely a preparation, a cleaning of the temple of body and mind to make space for the opening of our true nature, that was always there, but covered with clouds of ignorance.
