About Jayashree and Narasimhan
Jayashree and Narasimhan offer these teachings for the greater peace of mind and happiness of all. Their wonderful teachings represent a unique opportunity for all yoga students (and teachers of yoga) to gain deeper insights into the wisdom and teachings of yoga.

Jayashree teaches using the traditional call-and-response style of 'Sruti Parampara', which dates back to Vedic times as the best mean of preserving and transferring the knowledge acquired by Sages and Scholars.
This oral tradition for teaching the Sanskrit sutras has been handed down from teacher to student for some 5000 years in India, helping people to learn the yoga sutras and to commit to memory other Sanskrit texts from classical Indian culture.

Narasimhan, who was a disciple of Beatles guru Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, teaches meditation and offers lectures and discussion on yoga philosophy. Questions and discussion with this philosophy master provide an engaging and stimulating way to connect with the deeper aspects of yoga practice.

Jayashree and Narasimhan are very popular among Ashtanga yoga students in Mysore, India, and around the world.
Jayashree has also produced many CDs on Sanskrit recitation and chanting, has given performances of classical music in the Karnatic style all over Southern India and was featured in the movie "Guru" about Ashtanga guru Sri K.P. Jois.
