Benefits

There are many wonderful benefits of yoga, on many levels of the being: physical, endocrine, mental, perceptual, and neurological.

  • strengthen and tone muscle tissue
  • stimulate production of synovial fluid in joints, tendons and ligaments
  • massage all organs, and stimulate blood flow which aids flushing out stored toxins in the body

  • strengthen neuronal connection between body and mind
  • increase contact and awareness of mind, thoughts and emotions
  • higher emotional awareness, which can give increased emotional regulation
  • release the nervous system from tension and stress
